If you prefer an OEM (original) key or remote, please fill out the form below — we’ll send you a quote for genuine keys.
Our online store offers a 60-day return policy for items purchased on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [info@carkeysdiy.com]. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags. We will not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.

Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at [info@carkeysdiy.com] and we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

We will ship the products to the address specified in your order within the timeframe specified on our website. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order, if available, via email once your order has been shipped.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Please note that estimated delivery times are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. Shipping times may be affected by holidays and other factors outside of our control. We will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by an event outside of our control.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within the United States.

Standard Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days and will take an additional 3-7 business days for delivery.

Shipping is free for orders over $130, otherwise a flat fee of $15 will be charged.

Expedited Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and will take an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

The cost for expedited shipping is $35.
